Covington & Burling LLP has been Up2Us Sports' pro bono law firm since helping secure our official 501(c)3 designation in 2010. Former NFL Commissioner and longtime Covington Partner, Paul Tagliabue, helped Paul Caccamo, Founder & CEO of Up2Us Sports, secure our effective date of nonprofit exemption on January 12, 2010. In 2016, Scott Smith, Partner and Chair of Covington’s Corporate Practice, joined the Up2Us Sports Board of Directors.
