On Friday, July 15th from 9:45am-10:45am EST, Up2Us Sports’ Senior National Director, External Affairs & Organizational Learning, Dr. Ahada McCummings, will be presenting a She Changes the Game session. Here’s a brief description:

Women, particularly women of color, continue to lack representation, especially in leadership/decision making positions in male dominated industries. For organizations who are interested in leveling the playing field for BIPOC and women within their industries/organizations, Dr. Ahada McCummings and Luella Provenza will provide a framework and strategies for intentionally engaging, recruiting and hiring women in particular, and supporting initiatives aimed at achieving equity.
